Trend Guard provides a dedicated, fully managed trading automation instance for each user. Each instance runs in an isolated environment, ensuring exclusive use of user-configured API keys. Users can start, stop, and redeploy their instance, but do not have direct system access, file-level access, or the ability to modify core configurations.
Users must provide and manage their own API keys for trading execution. Users are responsible for ensuring their API keys comply with their exchanges terms of service. Trend Guard is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from trades executed through the platform. Users agree not to use Trend Guard for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized trading activities.
Each users instance is isolated and assigned exclusively for their use. Trend Guard retains administrative control over the instances to manage updates, security, and system stability. Users cannot directly access the servers operating system or modify software files.
Trend Guard does not provide financial advice or guarantee trading profits. Users assume all risks associated with automated trading. Trend Guard is not liable for downtime, exchange outages, or third-party API failures.
Trend Guard reserves the right to suspend or terminate an instance if illegal activity is suspected or if the user violates these terms. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
